
About the Role
You will work closely with the Project Manager and/or Project Director, you will be responsible for assisting in the projects daily activities and have the ability to work across 2-3 hospitality projects in North America at any one time depending on project value and complexity
•Assisting the design process to achieve the clients requirements and manage expectations
•Assisting with tenders to appoint external contractors and consultants
•Ability to co-ordinate a team of expert consultants
•Reviewing plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential problems, etc
•Reviewing and monitoring project programmed
•Liaising with, and coordinating with clients and project stakeholders
•Assist with variations and upgrades as requested by the customer
Requirements
Basic financial acumen, understanding of how decisions affect bottom line
•Ability to analyse and solve problems
•Degree in Project Management or related discipline or equivalent experience
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to provide input into reports
•Minimum of 1 year experience in Project Management
•Exceptional attention to detail
•Organised and diligent, with a desire to learn from the more senior members of the team
•Self-starter whilst still being collaborative
•Understand and priorities tasks in line with project deliverables
•Commercially astute and proactive approach
•Analytical and problem-solving skills
